Online Auction Terms and Conditions of Sale
Policies
To better serve our customers and make the purchase process easier, we have outlined our policies below. Please take the time to review the information before placing any bids.
- Unless otherwise noted, End Users must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card on file with Wrisinger Online Auctions to register for and participate in auctions.
- We strive to describe each item to the best of our ability. Descriptions are not guaranteed. Measured dimensions and likewise are approximate. No professional opinion or appraised monetary value of item condition is offered or implied.
- The pictures and descriptions are of the actual items, unless noted.
- All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties, implied or written. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, accuracy of posted images and description, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.
- Bidders and interested parties are encouraged to attend preview opportunities for each auction as scheduled and listed, if applicable.
- Certain items may require dis-assembly, assembly, cartage, or unknown actions to remove from sale or pick-up location, attending the preview session is a good time to consider item condition and removal requirements.
- "Powered Up" means that the items turned on upon connecting to specified power source, but all functions of the item are not tested to ensure it works.
- Wrisinger Online Auctions does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website, and operation of the website may be interfered with by numerous factors, outside Wrisinger Online Auctions control.
- All bids placed are final. Proxy bidding, absentee bidding, electronic and automated bidding is legally binding. Bids are not retracted. If the Maximum Bid placed exceeds the reserve price, the bid will be placed at the reserve price. If the Maximum Bid offered is below the reserve price, the bid will be placed at the full amount offered by the bidder.
- All bids placed are final. Proxy bidding, absentee bidding, electronic and automated bidding is legally binding. Bids are not retracted. Not including Maximum Bids, which exceed the amount of the current high bid, the high bidder on an item offered for sale is a commitment to purchase the item at the amount of the offered high bid, with or without reserve.
- The auction will close at a chosen number of lots per minute, based upon the total number of lots offered for sale in the auction.
Auto Bid Extend: When a bid is placed during the last remaining minutes of an auction, the auction time will be extended automatically for an additional two (2) minutes and continue to extend by 2-minute intervals if another bid is placed. This extended time will give bidders a chance to challenge bids placed in the final countdown of an auction. The auctions will close and a winner declared when the bidding activity stops. Bidders are responsible for knowing the ending and closing times of the auction and items in the auction.
1. Payment Terms at this auction operated by Wrisinger Online Auctions are CASH, Bank Draft/Transfer, Money Order, Check with bank approved correspondence, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
10% Buyer’s Premium is added to all winning bids, after applicable sales tax.
3.5% convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions.
Buyer agrees not to stop payment or reverse credit card transactions under any circumstances. Wrisinger Online Auction reserves the right to declare Purchaser in default and Section 13 hereof shall apply.
All applicable taxes will be added to the bid price. All items must be paid IN FULL within three Business Days of notification of your winning bid. All items must be removed from the Wrisinger Online Auctions auction site within Five Days of Notification; otherwise, the Purchaser shall be in default and Section 13 hereof shall apply. You (the "Purchaser") agree to pay, addition to the purchase price of the item(s), buyer’s premium, and all government taxes. Payments can be taken in-house and or online payments are available. Payments must be in United States currency.
2. Registration/title documents if applicable, will be assigned to the Purchaser's name by Wrisinger Online Auctions and be may be subject to additional processing fees, if applicable.
3. Taxes are applicable on the winning bid amount of certain purchases, and may be due at the time of sale, or at time of registration of property with applicable governmental agencies.
4. All items are subject to withdrawal from preview, from advertising and auction sale at the sole discretion of Wrisinger Online Auctions without any notice at any time.
5. Wrisinger Online Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid at any time without reason or explanation. The highest bidder acknowledged by Wrisinger Online Auctions shall be the Purchaser. In the event of any dispute between the bidders, or the event of doubt on Wrisinger Online Auctions part as the validity of any bid, Wrisinger Online Auctions will have the final discretion to determine the successful bidder, cancel the sale, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive.
6. Wrisinger Online Auctions shall not be responsible for any accidents occurring on the Wrisinger premises. Every person at a Wrisinger site, before, during and after a sale shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of third parties. No person shall have any claim against Wrisinger their agents, employees or principals for any injury sustained, disease, illness, or for damages to or loss of property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
7. Prospective bidders should inspect the property before bidding to determine its condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.

WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS SUPPLIERS PROVIDE WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS WEB SITE AND SERVICES “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, PERFORMANCE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALSO, NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION (ORAL OR WRITTEN) OBTAINED BY YOU FROM WRISINGER ONLINE AUCTIONS SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
9. All items that are offered by auction may be subject to a reserve or opening bid, which is the confidential minimum price acceptable to Wrisinger Online Auctions. Auctions are conducted with Wrisinger Online Auction defined bidding increments: $1-$10: $1, $11-$100: $2, $101-$500: $5, $501-$1,000: $10, $1,001-$5,000: $25, $5,001-$10,000: $50, $10,001-$15,000: $100, $15,001-$50,000:$250, $50,001-100,000: $500, $100,001+: $1,000.
10. The Purchaser shall bear all costs and the responsibility of removal. The Purchaser, if asking Wrisinger Online Auctions to assist in the removal of any items, shall indemnify and hold harmless Wrisinger Online Auctions, their agents, employees, and principals from any damages suffered by the Purchaser resulting from any loss or damage to the item(s) being removed.
11. No sale shall be invalidated because of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lot(s) because of their being incorrectly described, and Wrisinger Online Auctions shall bear no liability in respect of any omissions or errors.
12. The Purchaser will not be entitled to possession of any of the said lot(s) purchased until the total purchase price of all the lot(s) have been fully paid. If the Purchaser fails to pay the full purchase price for any lot(s) with the prescribed time or fails to comply with any of the "Terms and Conditions of Sale", the Purchaser will be sent to collections and shall be subject to court action for payment without notice.
13. If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall be in default, and in addition to any and all other remedies available to Wrisinger Online Auctions by law, including, without limitation, the right to hold the Purchaser liable for the total purchase price, including all fees, charges, and expenses set forth herein. Wrisinger Online Auctions, at its sole option, may (i) cancel the sale of that, or any other lot or lots sold to the defaulting Purchaser, or (ii) resell the purchased property, whether at auction or by private sale, or (iii) effect any combination thereof. The Purchaser will be liable for any deficiency, all costs, handling charges, late charges, expenses and commissions of both sales, legal fees, and expenses, collection fees, and incidental damages. Wrisinger Online Auctions reserves the right to ban Purchaser from current and future auctions. In addition to other remedies available to Wrisinger Online Auctions by law, all unpaid items will be subject to a non-refundable service charge of 25% of the bid price.
14. The Purchaser shall be liable for any damage caused by its employees, subcontractors, or agents to Wrisinger Online Auctions or any third party. Damages include any injury to persons (including injury resulting in death) or loss of or damage to property (including real property) caused as a result of any act or omission of the Purchaser. The Purchaser must have the proper material handling and safety equipment and transportation to pick up their items. If in the opinion of Wrisinger Online Auctions, the equipment or methods used to remove the items are deemed unsafe, Wrisinger Online Auctions may refuse the pickup and withdraw any assistance.
15. Services are not available to individuals under the age of 18, unless otherwise noted. We may refuse any or all of the services to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion. End users are responsible for providing true and accurate bidder profile contact and billing information.

Disclaimer
You release Wrisinger Online Auctions and our agents and employees from losses, expenses, claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with or arising from any item purchased from our site. It is the buyer's responsibility, and it is not the responsibility of Wrisinger Online Auctions to have knowledge of, obey, or comply with any applicable laws and regulations regarding transportation, handling, storage, purchasing, possession, use, misuse or ownership of the items sold on our website.
